Overview        Day by Day        Summary

DAY   1:
Fly from Leeds /Bradford  to  Rome
Transfer by executive coach to your hotel in Florence
NB :-Travelling time from Rome to Florence approx three & half hours plus stoppage time

DAY   2:
Morning orientation tour of Florence; escorted by an experienced & knowledgeable guide

DAY   3:
At leisure -visit some of the famous landmarks Uffizi Gallery - Accademy - Medici Chapel - Pitti Palace - the glorious Cathedral with it's Brunelleschi’s Dome

DAY   4:
Transfer to Lake Bolsena - travelling through Tuscany, en-route we visit the evocative city of Siena famous for it's annual Palio race. Escorted tour of the town also time at leisure.     NB:- Siena is hilly, anyone with walking or asthma problems can take a taxi to the centre.

DAY   5:
At leisure - relax around the lake or visit the Papal cities of Orvieto and Viterbo

DAY   6:
Optional Excursion to Assisi, the peaceful medieval town & birthplace of St Francis, escorted guided tour of the Basilica.    NB:-Assisi is hilly, anyone with walking or asthma problems can take a taxi from the coach park

DAY   7:
Final day at leisure, or take a boat trip and visit the islands of Bisentina & Martana

DAY   8:
We bid farewell to Bolsena for the return flight from Rome airport
