You can make a Provisional Booking over the phone or complete the Booking Form online
A telephone answering service is available outside office hours.

How can I get a room with balcony lake or sea view ?
Lake Ledro & Caorle hotels offer a limited number of rooms with balconies lake view and sea view these are strictly allocated on “ FIRST come FIRST served basis “at NO EXTRA charge in order to qualify for these rooms you need to book early.

Single Room Supplement ?
Apart for Lake Ledro & Caorle,all other hotels carry a single room supplement.
Single rooms are not always of the same quality and standard as other rooms –they may be smaller or occupy an inferior location in the hotel,despite this, some hotels demand a supplement which is beyond our control.  ITC have no option but to pass on these charges.

Can I make a special request or ask for special assistance?
Clients with disability or suffer mobility difficulties and require Special assistance, should discuss their requirements before making a bookings, in order for us to arrange Special assistance if required.

Travel insurance ?
It is a condition of booking that you have adequate travel insurance.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible in writing. Please note you will be liable to pay cancellation charges as detailed in our Booking Conditions.

What should I do if I have a problem whilst on holiday?
All our holiday are accompanied by ITC representative who will be staying in the same hotel. 
Should you encounter any difficulties during your stay, please contact our representative immediately. If for whatever reasons you are still dissatisfied,please write to us within 28 days of your return home.
